Sending Airbnb bookings to Booking Brain | ical Feed

This is for owners using nightly rates. 

How can I export my existing and new bookings from Airbnb into Booking Brain?

PART 1 (steps 1 to 3) follow the steps below to set up an ical which will send bookings from Airbnb to Booking Brain.

PART 2 (step 4) follow this step to set up an ical which will send bookings from Booking Brain to Airbnb

Step 1: Access Your Airbnb Calendar:

• Log in to your Airbnb account.

• Click on the "Calendar" tab at the top.

• Select the correct property and navigate to the "Availability" tab.

• Scroll down and click "Connect to another website"
• Airbnb will generate an iCal URL – click "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Log in to Booking Brain:

• Access your Booking Brain account.
• Select the correct property and click the Pricing and availability in Booking Brain.

Step 3: Import the Airbnb Calendar:

• Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click on "Import (down arrow button)."

• Paste the copied Airbnb iCal URL into the provided field.
• Assign a name to this calendar (e.g., "Owner Airbnb").
• Then click Import Calendar

PART 2: follow the steps below to set up an ical which will send bookings from Booking Brain to Airbnb

Step 4: Exporting Booking Brain bookings to Airbnb:

• From the 'Prices and availability' page in Booking Brain, at the bottom of the page, select "Export" and copy the generated iCal URL.

• Go back to Airbnb and navigate to "Availability" → "Connect to another calendar."
• Paste the Booking Brain iCal URL into the "Other Website Link" box.
• Enter a name (e.g., "Booking Brain").
• Click "Add Calendar" to save changes.

ONCE YOU CLICK THE ADD AVAILABILITY, AIRBNB BOOKINGS WIL EXPORT TO BOOKING BRAIN ICAL FEED WITHIN FEW HOURS.
