This could be helpful if you manage your own Airbnb account and use the iCal feed method to connect the calendars.
An ical feed collects the booking data every 15 to 30 minutes. The Airbnb system triggers this, and we don't control the intervals. Once this iCal feed is checked, the new bookings will be added to your Airbnb calendar.
Step 1: Access Your Airbnb Calendar:
Log in to your Airbnb account.
Click on the "Calendar" tab at the top.
Select the correct listing and navigate to the "Availability" tab.
Step 2: Click the Refresh Button
- Under the Availability tab, go to Connect Calendars, and you will see the "Booking Brain" there. In Booking Brain, you will find the Refresh button; click it to update the new bookings in BB.
- You don't need to do this each time, only if you want to speed up the process.

In the video below, you can see the date and time it was last checked. You can 'refresh' the iCal feed, which will check our system for any new reservations.
You don't need to do this each time only if you want to speed up the process.
