If you want to agree on a new price for any guests, can you set this in the system for any special arrival date and number of nights?
Note: The system will not let you go below your minimum price.
Yes, you can set a special price for any dates directly through your owner login. This is useful if you want to offer a guest a discount, fill a last-minute gap, or adjust rates for a particular stay.
Step 1: Go to the ‘Special Prices’ section
Log in to your owner account. From the menu on the left-hand side, select 'Add Special Price'. This area allows you to override the standard price for a chosen date range.
Step 2: Choose the dates
Select the arrival date, number of nights and number of guests you’d like to adjust. Click the 'Search' button.
Step 3: Review the existing price
You’ll see the total price currently showing for that stay — for instance, £918.
Step 4: Set your new price
If you’d like to offer a discount (for example, reducing it to £800), type your new price into the box. Once you click away, the system will update automatically.
Step 5: Refresh to confirm
Refresh the page to see your updated total displayed. The new price is now live for those dates.
Step 6: Adjust again if needed
You can repeat this process for any dates — simply change the start date, number of nights, and the price you wish to offer.
