An owner isn't receiving email notifications

Did the owner get an email notification? How can I confirm whether the owner received it?

  1. Find the owner's email address
  2. Open "Notifications" on left hand side in BookingBrain.
  3. Choose "Sent Notifications"
  4. Set the date range, then paste or enter the owner's email address into the search box on the right and click the search icon
  5. A list of notifications sent to the owner will appear, showing statuses like "Open" and "Delivered"

There isn't much we can do except sending some screengrabs and requested they save this email team@reply-bookingbrain.co.uk


For an extra idea, we can add a second email as a housekeeper.
