How can I set the cleaning rota? (days of the week we can clean)

What is the 'Cleaning Rota' - It simply shows our admin team the days of the week you can get the property cleaned. 


This is useful for our team to know the days of the week you or your housekeeper can clean. This setting is only for display purposes on the back-end system; it won't affect how guests can book on the front-end system. It's for our team helping guests with the enquiry. 


If you clean the property as the 'owner', you can request to set up your account and the 'housekeeper' and 'owner'. You will receive additional notifications to alert you to each guest's arrival. For example, we send an automated reminder 2 days before each guest arrives. 


See this help video below to set the cleaning days rota. It would be helpful to keep this updated, so we know without contacting you for each enquiry. We can also ensure your short break rules are set up optimally with the knowledge of your cleaning rota. 


If you want to change the days of the week, guests can instantly book on the front end; this is managed via the short break rules.
