An owner can contact their guest via phone or email/message, their contact details are provided on each reservation notification or their owner login.
How can I send a message/email to my guests?
Log into your owner account.
Open any booking for the guest you'd like to contact.
Navigate to the Messages tab.
Type your message in the text box provided.
Click Send.
You’ll see a record of messages to and from the guest right in this section.
Email Notifications and Replies
Messages are also sent to your email address, so you’ll be notified when the guest replies.
You can reply directly from your email, and the message will still appear in the Messages tab within Booking Brain.
Important Note on Privacy
All messages are encrypted, meaning the guest won’t see your personal email address.
This secure system allows for easy and private communication between you and your guests.
