Change the Number of Guests
Update your booking with the correct guest count
Quick Summary: You can easily update the number of guests in your booking through your My Account portal.
How to Change Guest Numbers
Access Your Account
- Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email
Manage Your Reservation
Once logged in, click "Manage my Reservation" to view your booking options.
Make Your Changes
- Click "Make a change to my reservation"
- Find the "Number of Guests" dropdown box
- Select your new guest number
- Submit your change request
Confirmation
- We'll receive your change request automatically
- Our team will update your booking in the system
- You'll receive an updated confirmation email with the revised guest numbers
Important Information
Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit which cannot be exceeded. This includes children and infants. If you try to increase beyond this limit, the system will prevent the change.
Additional Charges
Some properties may have per-person pricing or charges for additional guests. If your change affects the booking price, we'll contact you to confirm before processing.
Need Assistance?
If you're unable to make the change online or have questions about guest numbers, email stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk with:
- Your booking reference
- Current number of guests
- New number of guests
- Any relevant details (ages of children, etc.)
