How do I change the number of guests?

You can easily update the number of guests in your booking through your My Account portal.

How to Change Guest Numbers

Step 1: Access Your Account

• Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email

Step 2: Manage Your Reservation Once logged in, click "Manage my Reservation" to view your booking options.

Step 3: Make Your Changes

1. Click "Make a change to my reservation"
2. Find the "Number of Guests" dropdown box
3. Select your new guest number
4. Submit your change request

Step 4: Confirmation

• We'll receive your change request automatically
• Our team will update your booking in the system
• You'll receive an updated confirmation email with the revised guest numbers

Important Information

Maximum Occupancy: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit which cannot be exceeded. This includes children and infants. If you try to increase beyond this limit, the system will prevent the change.

Additional Charge:s Some properties may have per-person pricing or charges for additional guests. If your change affects the booking price, we'll contact you to confirm before processing.

• Current number of guests
• New number of guests
• Any relevant details (ages of children, etc.)
