What is 'advanced notice'?


'Advanced notice' lets you control how far in advance the system will allow a customer to book. This feature will help you block 'same day arrival', such as giving more notice if required (up to 7 days maximum).


Adding advanced notice will help remove your property from the search results to ensure you don't get any unexpected late bookings. 


I'd like you to please use the help video below to set this for your property. We try hard not to cancel bookings on guests as this causes a great deal of inconvenience if we cancel their booking. 


Tips from us: I recommend keeping the property cleaned and ready to go at all times, which will allow late bookings and increase your bookings. This can be done by constantly cleaning on the day of departure.
