How can I set my late availability discounts?
Increasing the discount as you get closer to the arrival date works well. If the property is booked in advance, these discounts won't be applied as properties are already booked.
You could for example add 10% discount if the arrival date is within 14 days & 20% discount if the arrival date is within 7 days time. So it will increase as you get nearer the start date.
