How can I update my cancellation policy?


We've added a new feature where owners can now set how strict/flexible they want their cancellation policy. This allows a period of time before the arrival date when the guest can cancel for free.


The options are: Never, 3 months, 42 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, 48 hours



Why would I want to offer a more flexible cancellation policy?


This is all related to 'The Snowball Effect'. The more bookings you have in the dairy, the more likely other guests will book your property. You can gain an advantage over competitors offering stricter cancellation policies as guests may choose to book with you if it's a choice between 2 properties.
