Booking and Payment Information

When you make a booking, you will be prompted to pay a deposit via card or bank transfer. If you opt for bank transfer, please ensure that the payment is completed within 24 hours; otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.


Payment Options

  • Bank Transfers: We do not charge any service fees for bank transfers.
  • Card Payments: Payments made by card are subject to a service charge.

Payment Deadlines 

  • Reservations Less Than 6 Weeks Away: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Reservations More Than 6 Weeks in Advance: You will receive an email reminder 6 weeks prior to your booking to pay the remaining balance.

Deposit Information

  • The deposit is 30% of the total charges.
  • You can pay the balance at any time using the link provided in the email titled "Deposit Received for [Cottage Name]."

Please note that a damage deposit and any additional fees (such as for pets or firewood) are included in your booking.
