Once your booking is paid in full, we will email your arrival information.
You should receive two messages:
A payment confirmation titled “Paid Successfully for [Cottage Name]” and a second email titled “Arrival Information for Your Stay at [Cottage Name]”.
The arrival information sets out everything you need for a smooth check-in, including the key box code to access the cottage, the full property address, directions, the owner’s contact details, house rules, and parking arrangements.
If these emails don’t appear in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Still can’t find them? Contact us at stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk and we’ll resend them right away.
