After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive two important emails:
Email 1: Payment Confirmation
- Subject line: "Paid Successfully for [Cottage Name]"
- Confirms your payment has been received
Email 2: Arrival Instructions
- Subject line: "Arrival Information for Your Stay at [Cottage Name]"
- Contains everything you need for check-in

- Key box code or key collection instructions
- Full property address with postcode
- Directions to the cottage
- Owner and housekeeper contact details
- Check-in and check-out times
- House rules and property guidelines
- Parking information
- WiFi details (if applicable)
- Emergency contact numbers
