How to book a desired cottage for your stay?

Select your property, enter your dates and details, add extras if needed, then proceed to payment.

Booking Process

Step 1: Select Your Property

  • Browse cottages and click on one you like
  • Review photos, amenities, and location
  • Check the availability calendar

Step 2: Enter Your Stay Details

  • Select check-in date
  • Choose number of nights
  • Enter number of guests (adults, children, infants)
  • Click "Book Now"

Step 3: Provide Contact Information 

Enter your:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Full address

Step 4: Add Extras (Optional)

  • Pets: Indicate number of dogs (additional charges apply)
  • Voucher Code: Enter promotional code if you have one (How to apply)
  • Cancellation Cover: Optional protection (recommended)
  • Message to Host: Any special requests (e.g., "Will arrive at 6pm")

Step 5: Review Your Booking 

Check all details are correct:

  • Dates and number of nights
  • Guest numbers
  • Total cost
  • Selected extras

Step 6: Proceed to Payment 

Click "Proceed to Payment" and choose your payment method:

  • Bank Transfer (no fees)
  • Card Payment (instant confirmation)
  • PayPal, Cheque, or Bitcoin

Full payment details

Step 7: Complete Payment 

Enter payment details and confirm your booking.

After Booking

You'll receive:

  1. Immediate confirmation email with booking reference
  2. Arrival instructions 3-7 days before your stay (sent once payment is complete)

Payment Timeline

  • Bookings 6+ weeks away: Pay 30% deposit now, balance due 6 weeks before arrival
  • Bookings within 6 weeks: Full payment required at booking
