What is the cancellation policy for my booking?

If your reservation has a fully refundable policy, you can cancel for free before the specified date and time. Keep in mind that some listings might have non-refundable or only partially refundable policies after certain dates, so free cancellation wouldn't be an option.

 

Where to find the cancellation policy?

You can find the applicable cancellation policy displayed on the listing page, when you confirm and pay, and in your confirmation email, so you'll know exactly what to expect if your plans change.

 

Cancellation policies may change for specific dates

Hosts can adjust cancellation policies for particular dates. 

  • The cancellation policy for your stay is set by the check-in date, not by how many nights you book
  • If you request to alter your check-in date, the cancellation policy may change
