What do I do if I left something behind when I left?

If you left something behind after your stay, it's best to get in touch with the housekeeper or owner of the property, as we’re not involved in the cleaning.


Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll receive an email titled "Arrival Information for Your Stay," which will include their contact details. Feel free to reach out to them!


If there is no reply from the owner or housekeeper, please contact to us stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk . We will try to reach the owner and get a possible answer from the owner.
