Can't Find Your Arrival Email?

Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes end up there. The email comes from team@reply-bookingbrain.co.uk with the subject line "Arrival information for your stay".

Check all email addresses — if you used a different email address when booking, the arrival information may have been sent there.

Check your timing — arrival information is sent once your balance has been paid in full. If your balance is still outstanding, you'll receive it once payment is complete.

Still can't find it? — Contact us at stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk and we'll resend your arrival details straight away.

? Tip: We recommend saving your arrival email or taking a screenshot, so you have the details handy when you're travelling.
