How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you have already made a reservation for one of our cottages, please email stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk to request a link for managing your booking. Once you receive the link, you will be able to:


- Pay the balance

- Cancel your reservation

- Modify your reservation (number of guests, nights, or dates)

- View your property listing

- Access FAQs for your property

- Resend arrival information


Please note that any changes you make will be emailed to us for confirmation.


Note: Is the "Manage My Booking" link not automatically sent? I’m unable to locate information on this—could you specify which email it is included in?
