How do I change or cancel my booking?

You can easily manage your booking through your My Account portal or by contacting us directly.

Managing Your Booking Online

Option 1: Use Your Booking Confirmation Email

  1. Open your booking confirmation email
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the "My Account" link
  3. Select "Manage my Reservation"
  4. Choose either:
    • "Cancel my reservation" to cancel your booking
    • "Make a change to my reservation" to modify dates or guest numbers

Option 2: Request a Management Link If you can't find your booking email, contact us at stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk and we'll send you a direct link to manage your booking.

What You Can Change

  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Number of guests
  • Cancel your booking entirely

Important Notes

  • Changes are subject to availability
  • Cancellations may incur charges depending on your cancellation policy (see our cancellation policy article for details)
  • We'll send you an updated confirmation once changes are processed
