Use Your Booking Confirmation Email

  1. Open your booking confirmation email
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the "My Account" link
  3. Select "Manage my Reservation"
  4. Choose one of the following:
    • "Cancel my reservation" — to cancel your booking
    • "Make a change to my reservation" — to modify dates or guest numbers

Request a Management Link

Can't find your booking email? No problem! Contact us at stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk and we'll send you a direct link to manage your booking.

What You Can Change

  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Number of guests
  • Cancel your booking entirely

Important Notes

  • Changes are subject to availability
  • Cancellations may incur charges depending on your cancellation policy
  • We'll send an updated confirmation once changes are processed
