You can easily manage your booking through your My Account portal or by contacting us directly.
Managing Your Booking Online
Option 1: Use Your Booking Confirmation Email
- Open your booking confirmation email
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "My Account" link
- Select "Manage my Reservation"
- Choose either:
- "Cancel my reservation" to cancel your booking
- "Make a change to my reservation" to modify dates or guest numbers
Option 2: Request a Management Link If you can't find your booking email, contact us at stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk and we'll send you a direct link to manage your booking.
What You Can Change
- Arrival and departure dates
- Number of guests
- Cancel your booking entirely
Important Notes
- Changes are subject to availability
- Cancellations may incur charges depending on your cancellation policy (see our cancellation policy article for details)
- We'll send you an updated confirmation once changes are processed
