Property owners can respond to any guest reviews about their property — and it’s well worth doing, whether the feedback is positive or negative. Your reply will appear publicly beneath the review on your property’s webpage. You can watch the help video below for a quick guide on how to reply.
Please note that anything mentioned in the guest’s ‘private comments’ section is not visible online, so there’s no need to refer to it in your public response. Guests will not be notified when you post a reply, but your comment will be displayed for future guests to read.
Keep in mind that only the guest who wrote the review can delete or edit it.
If you’d like to contact the guest directly instead, you can send them a private message (this will not appear online).
