Property owners can reply to any reviews guests make about their property, which is a good thing to do - whether negative or positive. The reply is publicly viewable on the property website page underneath the review you are replying to. Please watch the help video below to show you how to reply.
Note, anything the guest mentioned in the 'private comments' section is not published online, so no need to refer to anything mentioned in that section. Also, the guests that wrote the review won't be notified with your reply, but it will be published online for future guests to read.
Just so you know, only the reviewer can delete or amend a past review.
