Enter your voucher code in the booking form before proceeding to payment. Vouchers cannot be added after booking is complete.
Important: One Voucher Per Booking
Only one voucher code can be applied to each booking. If you have multiple codes, you'll need to choose which one to use.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Start Your Booking
- Select your desired cottage
- Choose your dates and number of nights
- Click "Book Now"
Step 2: Enter Your Details. Fill in all required contact information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Full address
- Mobile phone number
- Any other mandatory fields
Step 3: Apply Your Voucher
- Locate the "Voucher Code" field in the booking form
- Enter your voucher code exactly as provided (check for correct spelling and spaces)
- Click "Add Voucher"
Step 4: Verify Discount Applied After clicking "Add Voucher", you should see:
- Confirmation that the voucher was successfully applied
- Updated total price reflecting the discount
- Voucher code displayed in your booking summary
Step 5: Complete Your Booking Once you've confirmed the voucher is applied correctly, click "Proceed to Payment" to finalize your booking.
Critical Warning
⚠️ Vouchers CANNOT be added after booking completion
Once you click "Confirm Payment" and complete your booking, we cannot retrospectively apply voucher codes. Always verify the discount is showing before proceeding to payment.
