Understanding Check-In/Out Times
Standard Times:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
These times are guaranteed and allow our housekeepers to thoroughly clean and prepare the property between guests.
Requesting Early Check-In or Late Check-Out
Step 1: Contact the Housekeeper Your arrival instructions email (sent with your paid invoice) includes the housekeeper's contact details. We recommend calling or texting them at least 3-5 days before your arrival.
Step 2: Discuss Availability The housekeeper will check their cleaning schedule and let you know if early check-in or late check-out is possible. This depends on:
- Whether there are guests checking out on your arrival day
- The housekeeper's cleaning schedule
- The property's availability
Step 3: Flexibility is Key While we can't guarantee specific times, housekeepers are usually happy to accommodate when possible. Be flexible and understanding of their schedule.
If you know you need early check-in when making your booking, add a note in the "Message to Host" field during checkout. If the property has no prior guests and is already prepared, we'll do our best to arrange this for you
Not Guaranteed: We guarantee the property will be ready by the standard check-in time. Early check-in is a courtesy service dependent on availability and the housekeeper's schedule.
Same-Day Turnarounds: If guests are checking out on your arrival day, the property needs a full clean. In these cases, early check-in is usually not possible as cleaning typically takes 3-4 hours.
Luggage Storage: If early check-in isn't available but you arrive early, ask the housekeeper if they can accommodate luggage storage while you explore the area.
