Some owners take a security deposit at the time of booking the property.
This is held until 24/48 hours after your departure, the exact time will be in your arrival instructions. To have your deposit refunded, please email stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk 24/48 hours after your departure.
If you paid by bank transfer, please include your name, account number and sort code in the email to enable us to refund.
If you paid by card, we are able to refund this to the card after we received you email and will send you confirmation that it has been done.
If there is an issue during your stay, the owner may request to keep part or all of the deposit.
