How do I update my arrival information?
This is the info guests are sent once they have paid in full. To include where to find the key and contact details for their stay.
It's useful to note, we send a new copy to the guests 5 days before they arrive, so any updated info will be sent in the latest email. This means you would only need to personally contact guests arriving in the next 5 days to ensure they have an updated key code, as an example. You can do this by messaging your guests.
It would be recommended to add a backup number and at least one mobile number to ensure guests can reach you if they have problems checking in to the property.
