How to Request Your Refund
To have your deposit refunded, please email [email protected] 24 to 48 hours after your departure, ensuring you have checked the property for any damages to items such as furniture, etc
- If you paid by bank transfer: Include your name, account number, and sort code in your email to facilitate the refund process
- If you paid by card: We can refund the amount back to your card once we receive your email, and we will confirm when this is completed
Important Notes
Please be aware that if there are any issues during your stay, the owner may request to retain part or all of the deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
