Airbnb Guests asking for Security Deposit Refund

Thanks for your message but there was no security deposit paid on your booking. You made the reservation via Airbnb, and all Airbnb bookings are covered by Aircover. The price of the booking was for the accommodation only, you would have seen the Security Deposit itemised on the booking invoice if it was included.
