How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you've already booked one of our cottages, you can request a booking management link by emailing stay@thebestofexmoor.co.uk.


OR


On the booking confirmation email, check and open the 'My Account' link at the bottom of the invoice.

Step 2: Open the "Manage my Reservation" link:



Step 3: You can change or cancel your booking by clicking "Cancel my reservation" or "Make a change to my reservation"



To amend the booking you can select new dates and update the number of guests if required.
